GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for an enthusiastic University Student or New Graduate HR Intern to be a part of TEB Arval HR team.

Responsibilities

Participation in HR projects

Support HR processes regarding employee lifecycle such as Onboarding, Career Management, Training & Development…

Cooperating with Arval Global: HR Operations, Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development.

Qualifications

  • 4th year student or graduate from relavant departments of universities (preferably Business Administration, Labor Economics, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Engineering, etc.),
  • Ability to work at least 2 or 3 days a week.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English
  • Eager to learn
  • Aiming at a career in Human Resources
  • Strong communication skills
  • Has solution-oriented way of working
  • Flexible and able to work within a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
  • Proactive, determined and detail-oriented.
  • Able to use Ms Office programs
