JOB DESCRIPTION
· Coordination of digital projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors
· Develop and analyse of Digital business processes
· Monitoring and reporting digital channel performance
· Testing various digital platforms
· Develop digital-oriented customer experience design processes and new customer value propositions,
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor's or a master's degree,in related areas ( BA,Engineering, Finance)
· Knowledge in mobile channels and web –desktop channels development,
· Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and vendors
· Fluent in English
· CRM knowledge and JIRA experience is a plus
· Preferably working in business development or digital channel departments of investment or banking
· Min. 2 years experience for Assistant Manager/Min. 5 years experience for Manager
