We take advantage of machine learning and develop new financial crime detection techniques to drive a more efficient and more effective way of ensuring AML compliance. We are the smart option for players in the financial industry that wants to adapt to ever-increasing demands of compliance within the financial industry.

We are looking for a talent and experienced technical analyst to join our R&D team.

How will be your day like;

- The ability to gather business requirements and translate requirements into appropriate technical specifications,

- Resolving issues for customers in a timely manner and offering assistance to colleagues.

- In case of issues that cannot be resolved immediately, aim at providing a temporary workaround and liaise with other Fineksus teams to get a definite solution in place as soon as possible.

- Collect product enhancement ideas from customers and suggest improvements for product roadmaps and internal procedures.

- Working directly with customers across Fineksus implementing projects and supporting production applications

- Performing analysis and documentation of new requirements

- Preparation of technical specification documentation detailing the requirements of the application

- Test phase support including test case creation, defect management and investigation

- Develop a deep technical understanding of all the Fineksus products, architecture and solutions being delivered, must be very hands on

- Proactively investigate technical solution details, must be a self learner with a desire to dig for information

- Work on many projects simultaneously each of varying complexity and length

Professional skills and knowledge:

- Bachelor of relevant Engineering degree

- 4+ years experience working for a software vendor delivering solutions onsite for customers

- Demonstrable work experience in: Basic database design knowledge and writing SQL queries to get reports

- Software solution onsite implementation and system integration experience

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Technologies and solutions including Windows Server and its components (for example, IIS), SQL Server and its components (for example, SQL Profiler), Web Applications and Services, Windows Applications and Services

- Knowledge about SDLC processes

- Good knowledge of Windows operating system, networking and communication

- A strong sense of customer service including professionalism, patience and flexibility.

- The candidate must be focused on the needs of our customers.

- The ability to work as part of a team. Interpersonal skills are very important.

- The candidate must be proactive and have the ability to work unsupervised when required.

- Attention to detail is very important.

- The ability to take on multiple tasks.
