QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a 'Technical Division Assistant’ and a good team member who will work in Freebird Airlines' Headquarters in Çobançeşme İstanbul.
QUALIFICATIONS;
- Turkish Nationality,
- Preferably University Degree,
- Preferably Aviation experience,
- Fluency in English; speaking, writing, listening and comprehension,
- Good command of computer skills,
- Ready for working flexible hours,
- Ready for working in an office and team environment,
- Having good communication skills, positive and creative thinking,
- Calm, helpful, self-confident, and stress-resistant,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
TASKS:
- Planning and administration of the daily activities and schedule of the Director of Technic,
- Assisting for communication between the Technical Department and related internal organization,
- Planning and administration of all activities for the technical department (training facility, devices, and environment),
- Planning and preparation of technicians documents, forms, and reports,
- Coordination, planning, and preparation of all related meetings & audits (including preparation of presentations and meeting hand-outs),
- Follow up Technician Staff Aviation Documentation and Cards due to requirements and regulations
- Coordination of financial issues with Finance Department.
- Hotel and flight reservations of technical staff
- Following up personal rights, expire dates of passports, visas and trainings of technical staff.
