QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a "Technical Engineer" to join our Alternative Channels Team in İstanbul/ Maslak office which provides.

• Bachelor's Degree in related fields, Electric, Electric/Electronic or Mechanic Engineering.
• 3 years of experience Business Development.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programmes.
• Excellent command of the English language including report writing, and presentations.
• Strong team player.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to planning and organization.
• Effective planning and organizational skills, and ability to perform in a team.
• No military obligation for mail candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Work with customers, vendors and other technical staff for problem resolution.
• Being able to reproduce technical issues reported by the customer.
• Building and maintaining the technical support knowledge base.
• Take part in product and business process development processes, gaining new customers.
• Ability to speak the languages of both business & development teams.
• Monitor continuously performance of the systems.
• Be open for improving & using new Technologies.
