QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

QUALIFICATIONS;

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience,
  • Having at least 2 years of experience in a Field support role preferably,
  • Experience in Electrical Installations and Power Electronics,
  • Ability to work closely with end-users & Professional installers in a consulting, services or support capability,
  • Availability to travel nationally and internationally (%40),
  • Valid driver's license,
  • Problem understanding and solving skills,
  • To be able to use MS Office programs at a good leveL,
  • Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge.

JOB DESCRIPTION;

  • Provide electrical engineering expertise by taking ownership for our electric vehicle chargers to ensure that the equipment is installed, operated and maintained correctly,
  • Perform or control the commissioning and maintenance of DC chargers,
  • Work on a wide range of electrical equipment including electrical protection relays, low voltage and high voltage distribution systems,
  • Provide trouble shooting assistance to field technicians and engineers remotely and on site,
  • Know every detail of Electric Vehicle Charger Business (including our third-party integration), and understand how technical solutions are run and installed,
  • Be a part and give support to our team with technical product and electrical installations knowledge,
  • Work closely with our technical partners, supporting them throughout the installation and repair service process,
  • Get insights from your daily experience, create reports in order to improve our solution and help the team perform better,
  • Coordinate different departments (maintenance, installations, Quality,R&D) for a better customer service,
  • To address, review and solve any issues with Charger Products,
  • Identify faults and rectify them in a timely manner as to avoid any major problems in the future.
