Your Responsibilities

/ Monitoring of technical legislation, standards, technical product requirements and procedures for market access conditions in region countries through direct contacts, coordination of subsidiaries or local distributors
/ Ensure/Influence validity and currency of technical market access conditions on BSH global database
/ Ensure all products and related internal processes comply with current technical legislation, technical standards in the respective markets and global company guidelines. Coordinate corrective actions with related departments when needed
/ Contact point on market surveillance topics and import control, for respective countries in region
/ Build sustainable relations and communication channels in respective countries for market access conditions in region
Your Profile
/ University degree in Engineering departments (preferably Electrical-Electronical, Mechanical)
/ Acquaintance with standardization procedures, standardization organizations(IEC, CENELEC, CEN,ETSI) and product-related legislation processes
/ Experience preferably in global product testing and certification services, offering product safety certification(i.e. CEMarking, CBScheme, LVD, EMC), material compliance (i.e. REACH,RoHS,FoodContact, BPR vs.) and/or experience on product performance testing and/or material compliance in household appliances sector in Quality and/or Development Departments is a plus
/ Fluent English knowledge is a must, Russian, and Arabic language(s) is a plus
/ Capability to moderate cross-functional teams, high self-motivation, and structured way of working
