QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
KINGSPAN INSULATED PANELS IS HIRING TECHNICAL PROFESSIONALS ON CLADDING WORKS SERVICES FOR MEATCA REGION
(MEATCA: Middle East, Africa, Turkey, Central Asia)
Specialty : Sandwich Panel Cladding Technical Works
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for Technical Engineers & Architects experienced in cladding works. The role will be responsible for panel cladding technical operations covering a very large market called MEATCA with dozens of countries.
MUST HAVE:
Fluent English, Written and oral commmunication with multinational companies in technical jargon will be covered in the daily routine. The interview will be held in English. Non fluent applicant will be eliminated immediately and will not be able to step up on the second stage. Arabic language is a plus.
Architectural or Civil Engineering University Degree; Graduation docements, any additional certificates, personal references will be asked and finally confirmed.
Min 3 years of experience in cladding (especially sandwich panel technical operations, wall, roof and cold rooms knowledge, steel building construction) Previous work references will be requested and checked.
Softwares: Autocad expert, Revit, Excel, Word,BIM 360, plus additional technical softwares.(A drawing test will be organised as a further step to check if the required level can be achieved)

Headquarter: Istanbul
Other hubs: İzmir, Adana.
Mostly office works, occasionally for technical meetings on site travel may be required.

· Exposure to panel specification- & sales processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assessing received cad projects, specifications, compliance sheets
· Detecting missing information, informing promptly to receive them asap.
· Starting to work for an initial offer for create a general layout, quantities, typical details, statical checks ..
· Clear and easily understandable presentation are required not to confuse and create more questions. Excellent communications skills are required.
· Improving the project to further steps with ongoing discussions to local and international standards and checking its compliance for Kingspan standards.
· As a further step: creating special detailing as per each project, environmental conditions, internal space requirements, architectural and aestetical compliance, presenting project panel layouts with all the point details, plan, sections, elevations…
