Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant fields from universities

· Excellent verbal and written skills in English

· Preferably minimum 3 years of experience in machine setup etc.

· Able to use MS Excel at an advanced level

· Knowledge of MS Project (preferably)

· Able to use Autocad or Solidworks (at a good level)

· Ability to read technical drawings and projects

· Strong skills about analytical thinking, open minded, teamworking and problem solving

· Military service must be completed for male candidates

· Live/Willing to live in Izmit

Job Description

· Take part in testing and co-operate with those responsible for installation, set-up and start-up in production machines.

· Improvements (kaizen), problem solving, ergonomic and automation solutions

· Take part in new machines projects, old machine modifications

· Ensuring the compliance of Quality, Health,Safety and Environmental rules and the implementation of current management or organization systems

· Manage, on the basis of the product/process specifications and of the internal Quality targets, parts of plant/machinery/equipment

· Coordinate with other departments on the basis of the product/process specifications and of the internal Quality targets, parts of plant/machinery/equipment.
