QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities: Implementation of the aichele-GROUP quality guidelines and ensuring customer requirements with regard to suppliers Clarification of technical and commercial queries from suppliers Triggering initial sample orders and obtaining approval from QS Obtaining and checking supplier self-assessment for new suppliers Concluding non-disclosure agreements with suppliers Concluding quality assurance agreements with the supplier Processing of complaints (requesting 8D reports) Carrying out supplier evaluations Searching alternative suppliers Carry out visits to / from suppliers (with visit reports) Visiting trade fairs and supplier exhibitions Create inquiries, evaluating and negotiating offers Creating and maintaining master data in ERP (supplier, material, info record, prices, conditions, delivery times, MOQ, etc.) Supporting Disposition department in case of procurement problems Clarification of invoice in the event of deviations Participation in supplier audits Request and maintain individual and long-term supplier declarations Request and maintain IMDS, RoHS and REACH data from suppliers Creation of purchasing framework orders in ERP for suppliers |
General Qualifications: • Experience in Cable harness and metal parts • Good command of English and/or German language • Proficient in MS Office programs • Male candidates must have completed military service • Minimum 2 YEARS of work experience
