QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- To follow-up all applicable regulations and instructions regularly, inform Technical Quality Manager regarding necessary changes in case of revisions,
- To follow-up periodical meetings that also mentioned in MOE & MTOE, attending and preparing meeting records when required,
- To provide up-to-datedness of certificates and approvals of company on the system,
- To take part in the preparation of yearly audit plans with Technical Quality Manager,
- To take part in internal/external quality audits, perform audits as an auditor when authorized, prepare checklists,
- To attend external audits performed in the company as a company representative,
- To follow-up training, authorization and license due dates of the Company personnel,
- To take part in authorization assessments,
- To prepare and compile authorization documents,
- To record and follow up audit reports, findings and related corrective actions, perform communications with relevant departments, analyze trends and root causes, prepare necessary periodical reports,
- To take part in certification activities of the company; communicate with the Authorities as necessary, carry out related formal communications on behalf of the Company,
- To support the Technical Quality Manager in development of the manuals such as MOE, MTOE, Job Descriptions, Instructions etc. and their revisions, take part in their implementation in the Company,
- To ensure SHY-M, SHY-145, SHY-147 and all other applicable regulations are carried out within the Company,
- To record and follow up company and department targets/goals, prepare necessary periodical progress reports,
- To work to create a quality and safety culture in the Company,
- To participate non-routine projects and follow-up related process of applications and approvals,
- To follow up developments related to quality and aviation, attend necessary trainings and workshops,
- To perform additional related tasks requested by the Technical Quality Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferably Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electric/Electronic or Industrial Engineering,
- Having work experience in similar position is an asset,
- Knowledge and experience in aircraft systems is preferred,
- Having excellent level of computer literacy,
- Analytical thinking, data management and its presenting to management and also problem solving skills,
- Highly motivated, caring and attentive to details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English & Turkish,
- No military obligation for male candidates.
