QUALIFICATIONS


  • Bachelor's degree preferably from Social Sciences, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Business Administration, and other related departments.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in technical recruitment.
  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting position processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Skilled in communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivation and positive attitude with high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability.
  • Experience with HR Recruitment Tools.

JOB DESCRIPTION


  • Manage the full recruiting processes.
  • Perform skill-based interviews with position requirements and competencies.
  • Screen and filter job applications and make phone interviews with candidates
  • Candidate sourcing, including internet and offline database searches
  • Closely work with Outsource & Sales Teams and understand customer hiring needs
  • Closely work with Technic Teams and understand technic requirement
  • Check candidate’s references with their previous company
  • Established effective communication and relationship-building with candidates.
  • Supporting operational other HR processes
