We are looking for qualified candidates to be employed in Hermes Ship Catering Suppliers, which is a rapidly growing in ship supply located in ISTANBUL Basaksehir - Ikitelli Region.
Job Description
• Generate enquiries from ship owners
• Negotiate with suppliers and liaise with operations dept. over delivery
• Preparing and follow up the quotations
• Creating the incoming orders coordinated with the sales and operation department
• Prepare all kind of documents and invoicing
• Make all kinds of verbal and written contacts with the customers
Requirements
• Experience in sales of ship supply items listed in IMPA/ISSA books
• Knowledge and experience of Marine Spare Parts / Equipment and Technical Stores.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills
• Fluent in english language (Applications of candidates who does not speak english language fluently will not be considered)
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience in micro commercial program
• Prone to team working, improved communication with positive attitude, responsible, well-organized personality
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• No criminal record and any lawsuits pending cases
• Will be adaptable to flexible working hours and intense working times.
• Qualified Marine / Mechanical Engineers will be preferred.
