QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Wyser is an international search & selection company present in 3-continents.
We are looking for a Technical Service Manager (with rich experience in rigid foam including PMDI and Blended polyol) to our client, which is one of the biggest chemical companies / the top players in polyurethane globally.
The main goals and key responsibilities of a Technical Service Manager include the following;
-Promote rigid foam including PMDI and Blended polyol to customers (particularly in refrigerator sector) for well positioning the company in global market,
-Provide technical support and handle customer needs in technical perspective,
-Focus on customers new project development work by early involvement to realize the success on new project and new business development to achieve targeted yearly business growth rate,
-Monitor and report competitors’ activity with their new set up and new products launched to global market,
-Actively organize the tech-days, seminars and conferences in order to promote company’s products and services,
-Accumulate technical knowledge and coach the junior technical employees.
Qualifications;
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Polymer Process Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Organic Chemistry or Chemical Engineering,
-At least 10 year PU rigid foam blended polyol development and technical service work experience or Appliance Industry Foaming related working experience preferred.
