QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibility Areas
First contact person of the customer concerning technical questions. Deep understanding of complete customer paint shop process.
- Quality check of Axalta products in customer plant:
Conducting analysis of Axalta products and line baths in customer lab. Surveillance of customer lab activities, discussion and interpretation of analytical results.
Registration of units, definition of material consumption and inventory. Development and realization of activities to optimize material consumption.
- Check of painting processes:
Daily process checks, reporting and visualization towards customer and into Axalta organization.
- Quality check of car bodies:
Visual inspection of body in white and painted car body plus visualization and reporting. Ensuring correct film thicknesses and paint film characteristics. Identification of paint defects.
Continuous improvement of Axalta internal processes and development of strategies to improve customer process. Following of line trials. Reporting and presenting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering,
- Fluency in English and Turkish,
- At least 2-3 years of experience in the automotive/coating sector,
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, able to work in a team,
- Excellent analytical skills, high accuracy and attention for detail,
- Advanced computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office, SAP),
- No military obligations,
- Have no obstacle to travel,
- High degree of flexibility
