QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Customer Communication:
First contact person of the customer concerning technical questions. Deep understanding of complete customer paint shop process.
  • Quality check of Axalta products in customer plant:
Conducting analysis of Axalta products and line baths in customer lab. Surveillance of customer lab activities, discussion and interpretation of analytical results.
  • Material consumption:
Registration of units, definition of material consumption and inventory. Development and realization of activities to optimize material consumption.
  • Check of painting processes:
Daily process checks, reporting and visualization towards customer and into Axalta organization.
  • Quality check of car bodies:
Visual inspection of body in white and painted car body plus visualization and reporting. Ensuring correct film thicknesses and paint film characteristics. Identification of paint defects.
  • Process improvement:
Continuous improvement of Axalta internal processes and development of strategies to improve customer process. Following of line trials. Reporting and presenting.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering,
  • Fluency in English and Turkish,
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in the automotive/coating sector,
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills, self-motivated, able to work in a team,
  • Excellent analytical skills, high accuracy and attention for detail,
  • Advanced computer skills (particularly Microsoft Office, SAP),
  • No military obligations,
  • Have no obstacle to travel,
  • High degree of flexibility
