QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualifications:

  • Having a bachelor's degree in an Engineering faculty,
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, (Preferably in medical devices),
  • Strong people management & leadership abilities (Customer relations, problem solving skills, communication, team motivation),
  • Result oriented professional who is eager to take initiative,
  • Good at project management,
  • Good command of written and spoken English,
  • Active working knowledge of Microsoft Office,
  • Valid driving licence

What you will do:

  • Managing all repairing, maintenance, and testing of assigned medical instruments and equipment, accurate and timely,
  • Leading the Technical Service team and being responsible for all related processes,
  • Analyzing problematic points of the Technical Service and making studies to improve the quality and efficiency,
  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions,
  • Managing relationships with customers regarding technical or product usage issues,
  • Managing the projects under his/her assignment on time with quality,
  • Building and maintaining a positive relationship with the internal & external customers,
  • Comprehending customer requirements and making appropriate recommendations,
  • Making customer visits for the promotion of technical service, providing necessary presentations,
  • Providing technical service support to overseas customers when necessary.
