What you will do
The Technical Support Engineer-Fire Sprinkler Systems will be directly reporting to the Technical Support Manager. You will be based in Istanbul and support sales and growth initiatives in Turkey by providing technical/design support and training services activities for Fire Sprinkler Systems.
You will be in direct contact with customers and/or via first line customer support in our branches. As a member of the technical support team, you will collaborate very closely with sales, global functional teams such as product management and global Tech Services group.
How you will do it
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide Technical & Specification Support to Sales Team and Customers. You will support the full product range of mainly Fire Sprinkler Systems and other systems as required.
You will communicate with consultants, designers, project managers, and end users. You will not only provide design services & engineering of typical system solutions, but also advice and support projects by applying JCI solutions according international codes & standards (such as NFPA, FM, EN, VdS). You will use SprinkCAD for hydaraulic calculation and design of Sprinkler Systems.
