- At least two years academic education background
- Experienced in technical support for two or three years
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, jQuery, fundamental of webapps
- Knowledge of SOAP, REST technologies
- Knowledge of MySQL, Mongo databases
- Knowledge of Mobile OSes (Android, İOS)
- Knowledge of PC Hardware
- Knowledge of Microsoft server’s basic roles and services
- Knowledge of basic network & network infrastructure
- Solution oriented, organized, and disciplined working style
- Will be able to adapt to flexible working hours and intense working tempo
