We are looking for an energetic team member who will work as full-timeTechnical Team Leader with following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related fields.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Experience in web application development especially in Java technologies.
- Experience in frameworks like Spring Boot, AngularJS, React.
- Ability to determine project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Ability to identifying risks and forming contingency plans.
- Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Competencies & Experience
- Experience in defense sector
- Familiarity with Atlassian Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence, etc.)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
