We are looking for “Learning & Development Manager (Technical)” who will be a part of Gürok Academy.
Who we are looking for?
- Bachelor’s degree of engineering fields from reputable universities of Turkey,
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in quality management and documentation systems, technical learning and development processes for white/blue collars,
- Industry experience (Glass, seramic..etc.) will be an asset,
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
- A great team player with a self-initiative mindset,
- High result orientation,
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
- No obstacle for frequent domestic and international travels,
- Willing to live in Eskişehir or Kütahya.
What You’ll Be Doing?
- Designing and managing technical competency-based programs for diverse personas in line with company priorities and functional needs,
- Managing documentation process of technical trainings and having an active role for developing Internal Trainers,
- Developing suggestions for training and development processes that will transform Gürok Holding values ??into corporate culture,
- Planning and monitoring the annual Gürok Academy budget for technical training programs,
- Proactively work with global and local HR community and provide consultancy on global and regional needs,
- Following up technological and HR trends and integrating them to process & program designs,
- Building partnerships with external trainers/consultants and developing strong and sustainable relations with suppliers.
