University degree in related field, preferably in Automotive, Electric and Electronic, Mechanical or Automotive Teaching or related fields from a reputable university.
Minimum 3 years experience in technical training area and interested in electric vehicle technology
Competent in problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work with a variety of people
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English with the ability
Advanced level of MS Office (especially Powerpoint and Excel)
Good communications skill, human centered and able to work with team
Ability to travel and having B class driving license

Providing and following technical trainings for technicians and service advisors
Providing and following new model trainings for technicians, service advisors, service managers and internal personnel
Preparing and following of yearly training plan
Improving and preparing technical training presentations, training books and worksheets
Providing technical support and information to other related teams and providing technology trainings
Preparing, developing and following e-learning modules to dealers technical personnel & reporting to dealer service managers
Preparation, sending and following of technical training invitations
Participation to global technical trainings in HMC and HME training centers. Adapting of training contents for dealer's personnel trainings
Purchasing of technical training needs and following up invoices to entering to SAP system and approval process
Visiting to dealer and doing on-site training for dealer personnel
