QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS
· Lead the Domestic Logistics activity in the perimeter of responsibility and lead the communication in the country, mainly Production and Commercial.
· Ensure that the Supply Chain processes are implemented in an efficient and coherent way and drive implementation of operational excellence in his/her area of responsibility.
· Optimize logistics costs in the country by leveraging volumes in between the different sites.
· Optimize costs within the perimeter of responsibility.
· Experience in a Supply Chain position as deputy, supply planner or logistic specialist.
· Experience within a production environment and/or in a marketing and sales function.
· Experience in QHSE management systems.
· Hands-on mentality
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Languages: Fluent in English
· 2 - 5 years experience in Supply Chain
· Bulk domestic and export shipment management
· Total Quality and HSE tools
· Supply Chain methodology including S&OP
· Financial basics understanding
· Microsoft Office and data manipulation
· SAP/ERP knowledge is preferred
· Ability to interact with ERP experts and system environment
· Knowledge of documents related to insurance policies and risk management
· Knowledge of the key production processes
· Customer satisfaction and the elements to elaborate the value offer
