JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitoring supplier KPI’s and reporting

Having knowledge of quality tools: A3 Problem Solving, Kaizen, Cause & Effect Diagrams , 5Why, 8D and applications

Leading suppliers to ensure corrective and preventive action’s effectiveness

Having 6-Sigma knowledge

Knowledge about FMEA and application & process risk analysis

Able to manage supplier Non-Conformities

Execute Incoming Quality Control activities

Take part in project team on material quality issues in new projects

Facilitate root cause analysis and corrective actions of supplier quality issues

Open notification for supplier non-conformities via SAP QM module

Determine suitability of a new part to supply from a new supplier according company globally requirements

QUALIFICATION

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering

Min. 3 years of experience in a similar field

Good MS Office command and SAP knowledge is a plus.

Analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Result-oriented & having a continuous improvement mindset.

Good command of written and spoken English

Excellent communication skills in an international environment, teamwork, flexibility

No obstacle to travel both abroad and domestic

Living or willing to live in Adapazarı region

No military service obligation for male candidates
