Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Material Engineering or related disciplines,
- Fluent in English
- Completion of military obligation for male candidates,
- Preferably with quality experience in the automotive industry,
- Good knowledge of the systems for improving the supplier quality,
- Knowledge and experience in IATF 16949,TS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System,
- Knowledge of quality tools (eg. FMEA, SPC, PPAP, MSA, 5 Reasons),
- Strong and proven audit experience,
- Knowledge of using the measurement equipments,
- Understanding and interpretation of technical drawings and standarts,
- High degree of goal and result orientation,
- Excellent communication skills in an international environment, teamwork, flexibility,
- No barriers to domestic-international travel,
- Good MS Office and SAP knowledge are advantages,
Job Description
- Monitor and analyzes supplier performance and applies necessary counter measurements to facilitate improvements,
- Support all aspects of New Product Introduction activities and supplier requests for change, including tracking to agreed delivery plan,
- Development of existing quality systems & process, data analysis and reportings,
- Lead and participate in discussions with worldwide suppliers for technical and quality topics,
- Visits suppliers regularly to assess supplier's performance and control prevetive actions,
- Audit suppliers after a quality claim, to validate the corrective actions and their efficiency,
- Ensure the first level analysis to confirm a claim and determine the supplier responsibility on components,
- Following defect rates and warranty expenses of purchased products,
- Following KPI and reports,
