Technical support operator.
We are looking for a team member for our technical support group.
Scope of work:
Receiving and processing user requests in Skype and the internal CRM system (100-350 per shift depending on workload);
To advise users on software products;
To regularly inform users about the progress of their applications;
To provide solutions to customer demands within its powers;
Monitoring and analysis of internal software and communication channels indicators;
Adapting to schedules, fulfillment of determined KPIs (quantity, quality, speed);
Requirements for our team member:
Having a command of Russian at the mother tongue level;
Being responsible;
Analytical thinking;
Ability to self-organize;
Fast learner;
Ability to communicate with "difficult users";
Basic knowledge of information technology (an advantage would be);
Knowledge of English - average.

Work conditions:
Internship (training) period (2 weeks): Monday-Friday 10:00 - 18:00.
When the end of the internship starts working: shift work that can be changed. 4 days of work, 2 days off, followed by 4 more shifts. There will be shifts to work during the night hours.
1st shift 7:00-15:00;
2nd shift 15:00-23:00
3rd shift 23:00-07:00
