Qualifications and Skills

  • B.Sc or higher degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Highly experienced in MEP Design Projects (8 to 10 years)
  • Experience in BIM Applications
  • Excellent written and verbal comminication skills in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs and MS Project
  • Excellent knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team enviroment
  • No restrictions to travel abroad
  • Capable of handling difficult situations responsibly and in a professional manner

Job Description

  • Will conduct the role “Technical Office Manager” in our projects
  • Responsible for budgeting of projects
  • Capable of analyzing labour cost and adapting it to various projects
  • Control and analysis of subcontractor reports and payments
  • Follow-up of employer correspondence
  • Budget coded expense and labour cost tracking
  • Preparation of monthly employer reports
  • Preparation and follow-up of employer progress payment
  • Preparation and follow-up of claims regarding the employer contract
  • Preparation of the work program and work flow of the projects
