MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrating clear understanding of the brand and business goals
  • Creating new business opportunities and identifying the progress areas for potential customers in region Turkey & MEA with full support of HQ in Rubbiano (Parma), Italy.
  • Following and reporting the use of GF products and services at customer sites, taking the necessary actions to increase and deepen the use and managing customer communication by exploring technical aspects and offering possible solutions to the problems.
  • Responsible for positioning GF’s total solution offerings by highlighting areas of strength and competitive advantages.
  • Maintain close knowledge of the client’s business environment to align with GF products and services.
  • Coordinating the communication between the customers in different locations and internal departments.
  • Constantly visiting current and potential customers (even there is no project ongoing)
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained at the highest levels.
  • Developing and maintaining customer relationships at all levels with a goal to meet and exceed sales targets through focused & targeted prospecting
  • Demonstrating consultative sales approach; leverage hands-on service to enhance our total value to the customer.
  • Following up launches/re-launches and making sure that the field is in line with company strategy


CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Being graduated from reputable universities with degree of Electrical-Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering,... etc
  • Having experience in Pharma industry at filling equipment & inspection machinery
  • Preferably 5-10 years of technical sales experience in a similar position
  • Organization, attention to detail, and self-motivation with a deep interest and proven success in hunting for, developing and closing new business
  • Self-starter with a hunger for new business, Positive and I-can-do attitude,
  • Excellent personal and customer-handling skills with the ability to understand and explain technical details
  • Essentially competent at planning, programming and reporting, team work and strategic communication.
  • Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment and driving actionable next steps
  • Having advanced level of English language skills
  • Having good command of MS Office applications
  • Being able to travel overseas (Extensive travel is required for customer visits)
