Tele-Sales Specialist
We are a sales and marketing broker agency with our headquarters based in London. As a company we are expanding our business rapidly and as a result we are opened the Third headquarter office at Folkart Time Bornova in Izmir. As we have doubled our profit in the last couple of years, we are now creating a great Tele Sales team to accomplish our goals and to fulfill the United Kingdom market demand.
We offer;
Tele Sales Specialist: 60.000TL (Annual Basic Salary + Lunch+ Transport) + 80.000TL Commission + 20.000TL Intensive Bonus, in total as a candidate you can earn up to 160.000TL Annual Salary.
Requirements
* To have an advanced level of English
* Min. High School Graduated
At least one year Experience in Call centre / Customer Care areas (preferably English speaking but it is not mandatory)
Eager for self-development in sales,
Excellent persuasing and communicating skills on the phone
Will be able to make sales to Turkish businesses abroad using Turkish and English languages.
Successful in human relations, high motivation, excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
Suitable for teamwork.
Good level & knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and e-mail communication skills in English.
Male candidates must have completed Turkish military.
Living in Izmir.
Main Responsibilities & Duties
In line with the determined sales targets, Process sales to Turkish Businesses abroad, over the phone, in Turkish language.
Working with a strong bonus system that supports high performance.
Monitoring and checking process of sales.
