QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Desired Qualifications;
- Graduated from universities’s civil engineering departments
- Should have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in the heavy industry’s technical office or proposal department,
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Russian and English,
- Excellent command of MS office programs (especially MS Excel),
- Knowledge of GOST and SNIP (Russian Standards related construction sector),
- Good management and team player skills with excellent communication skills,
- No obligation for military service (for male candidates),
Responsibilities;
- Prepares and develops proposals, bids or any other documents regarding the services upon request of prospective clients,
- Coordinates and evaluates proposal input from a variety,
- Collaborates with legal and operation teams to ensure that content is complete, accurate, and timely,
- Analyses contract requirements and conditions,
- Makes site visits, when necessary,
- Prepares proposal documents in accordance with RFQ’s, identifies the pre-bid agreements, when necessary,
- Responsible for preparing proposals to the customers within agreed timeframes,
- Generate detailed cost estimations,
We are looking for a "Tender Chief" who has lived in Russia before and has a good command of Russian standards, to be assigned in the proposal department of our company.
