GENEL NİTELİKLER
We are looking “Tender Engineer” who will make valuable contributions of our factory in İZMİR / BERGAMA.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparation of material take-off and ‘need lists’ for budget estimations and tendering
- Provide overview for Management about feasiblity of the project
- Preparation of detailed cost analysis reports, including all possible expenses that may arise during the project
- Close follow-up on purchase items
- Coordination with Design, Quality, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement Departments and Risks & Contracts Manager during the bidding phase
- Keeping the records of all quotations for ready reference when needed
- Following the technical clarifications and deviations on the project, informing the client about deviations and clarifications properly
- Reviewing the estimation sheet together with General Manager and Sales & Marketing Manager with actual market prices on a regular basis
QUALIFICATIONS
- Min. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (4 years)
- Excellent proficiency in English (both verbal & written, interview will be in English)
- At least 10 years of proven experience on proposal and tendering of any of these sectors; Oil & Gas, Energy and Petrochemical any of these products; Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Storage Tanks, Piping, Steel Structure.
- Min. 3-5 years’ experience of proposal & estimation works for static equipment manufacturing companies,
- Good understanding and knowledge on international standards such as; ASME, TEMA, EN, PED codes, technical specifications, and customer requirements.
- In depth knowledge of Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Storage Tank, Piping & Steel Structure, material list preparation & estimation.
- Good knowledge of materials used in manufacturing of static equipment for Oil & Gas, Energy and Petrochemical Industry.
- Good price estimation skills, knowledge on actual prices and global suppliers.
