QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor or master degree in civil engineering or architecture,
· Should have excellent knowledge in English skills. German or French knowledge is an advantage.
· Should have more than 5 years experiences in aluminium and glass envelope works,
· Should have excellent knowledge in Autocad, MS Office.
· Able to use one or more of Logikal, Reynapro, Chacal softwares
· Able to travel domestic or abroad if necessary.
· For male candidates military service must be completed.
Candidates who has experience in tender department will be preferred.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
• Reviewing of tender documents, summarizing the project
• Requesting and collection of material prices from vendors and subcontractors,
• Preparing unit price analysis and cost estimations
• Preparation of documents (work schedule, unit price breakdown files, etc.) to be submitted with the offer,
• Attending meetings with the employer if necessary and preparing proposal presentations.
