Core Qualifications
- University degree in Electrical Electronics / Electronic Communication Engineer,
- Minimum 5 year experience in electronic design and testing systems,
- Good knowledge on testing systems in manufacturing, mesaurement and assembly
- Good knowledge on simle transistors board, electrical drawing and electronic board schematics.
- Have experience in analog electronic design
- Good knowledge on SPC methods to analyse the production trends
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Analytical skills to follow logic of electronic circuits and interface with software
- The ability to priorities and plan effectively
- The ability to analyse complex problems and assess possible solutions
- Able to work under pressure
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Job Description
- Controlling Equipment's and processes for the specific technology, ensuring continuous improvement in accrodance with product / process specifications
- Continuosly controls the reliability and the performance of the specific technology on all equipment's
- Following up the problems and doing troubleshooting on production area, supervising interventions due to line stops and the correct restars of the line
- Assiting new implemented machinery and / or modification projects
- Assurring backup of all control system software
- Managing the production technicial data (Process parameters and sofware)
- Contributing to the improvement plans (QIP)
- Supporting and managing 8D activities in case of process failure for Testing Process
- Manages the training for operators and technicians for new processes changes
- Ensuring that all operating, monitoring, maintenance and safety procedures are carried out as approite
- Reporting to Engineering Manager immediately on problems that affect production
