QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Reason for Hiring:
- With the current business growth and development, more products are getting released in the market. therefore, to improve and maintain the high quality of our product, the testing team must follow the growth.
Main Responsibilities:
- Test smartphone features and software, try to find out the bugs, and make sure all the functions are running correctly.
· Support local dynamic test and surrounding country dynamic test, mainly collect network parameters and project bottom test.
· Develop and execute different test cases: SIM compatibility, Call and MMS, APP, Volte, Vowifi, etc.
· Conduct field tests and market research in other countries (Specifically European)
- Support the research department to solve software bugs.
- Provide periodic reports to the head of the department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies when carrying out job duties.
- Perform the local experience trial on mobile software, and execute the user experience tasks on Software Product.
- Insight the software using the behavior of local customers, and deeply extracts the customer behavior on mobile phone applications, games, entertainment, and social communication.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, telecommunication, or similar field.
- Proven work experience with software testing in mobile and smartphone fields.
- Good at the understanding of mobile phones, keen on playing mobile phones.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Good communication skills, good at extracting user experience on mobile functions.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office Programs and other softwares (IT drive)
- Strong communication and analytical skills with a professional attitude.
- Young (maximum 38 years of age) and highly motivated to integrate a young and dynamic team.
