QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
The Staubli Group is a leading technology group which is known worldwide as the manufacturer of shedding and weaving preparation systems for TEXTILE industry, a rapidly growing international industrial robots manufacturer and a major address for quick connecting systems. Within our strong and increasing business scope in Turkey, we are seeking for qualified engineer for "Textile Service Technician" who will give support to after-sales activities within TEXTILE DIVISION in Gaziantep.
- Associate / University degree in Mechanical / Electrical&Electronic / Mecatronic Enginering
- 2-5 years experience in textile machinery service or weaving is a must.
- Good level of English is a must preferably second language (German or Arabic)
- Well organized with good written and verbal communications skills.
- Must possess excellent customer relation's skills
- Team player, high motivation
- Ability to work alone , close follow up
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Reside in Gaziantep
- No restriction for domestic and international travel
- Military service must be completed for male candidates.
JOB DETAILS
- Perform preventive maintenance on customer site,
- On-site interventions and instalations for customer requests (Diagnosis, repair , intalations start-up procedures),
- Completing required service reports,
- Build and maintain strong relations with the customers and the production units,
- Understand customer needs and can offer them best solutions,
- Evaluate customer needs and provide in-depth phone support,
- Improving customer knowledge for best product performance,
- Increase and enhancement of brand awareness via best level of customer service,
