We are currently looking for a new team member who will work as THERMAL FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER-ANKARA with the following qualifications:


  • Mechanical Engineering (preferably graduation from cooling department),
  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in technical service area especially in HVAC industry,
  • Electrics, Electronics, Thermal management,
  • Class B driving license,
  • Good PC knowledge,
  • Good Level of English,
  • Puts customers first in everything they do both internally and externally, to meet/exceed their expectations,
  • Negotiates adeptly with individuals and groups. Effective at managing conflict and confrontations skillfully. Knows how to build and maintain working relationships with co-employees and external parties. Can negotiate and handle work problems without alienating people. JOB DESCRIPTION

  • HVAC Industry Experience
  • Having Air Conditioning University or Mechanical Engineering Diploma (Technical High School / Cooling Department Background highly preferable),
  • Demonstrating service culture and having customer focused mentality,
  • Good English Level is highly preferable,
  • HVAC Business Technical / Functional Competencies,
  • Good Level of Computer Literate,
  • Well organized and able to work under pressure,
  • Very Flexible for Work-Hours,
  • No military obligations,
  • Well organized and able to work under pressure,
  • Drive and self-motivation, after hours and weekend working might be required,
  • Available to travel within the assigned territory,
  • Provide Field Service for Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting of Thermal Products,
  • Manage Customer Experience by providing high level of Technical Support,
  • Strong Communication with abroad technical team, customers and internal departments,
  • Respond, in a professional manner, to all assigned service calls while on duty,
  • Read, understand, and comply with all procedures outlined in the Field Procedure Manual,
  • Perform all work in a safe manner, and in accordance with established company safety policy,
  • Keep dispatching center informed of your schedule and the status of all open jobs
  • Ensure spare parts are properly accounted for using established parts procedures
  • Submit periodically paperwork in a timely, accurate and complete manner and in case of Wireless Field Service,
  • Debrief the performed job in a complete and accurate manner at the Customer's premises,
  • Maintain the accuracy of the customer listing by reporting errors,
  • Report sales or service leads to the proper department,
  • Ensure availability to work during week-end and night in compliance with local labor laws.
