QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or Marketing related departments,
  • At least 5 years of experience in trade and operational marketing with focus on distributor/dealer management,
  • Visual merchandising/presentation experience with a leading specialty retailer or brand
  • Result oriented with strong organizational and planning skills,
  • Cross functional and team working skills
  • Good skills at problem analysing and creating problem solution,
  • Eager to learn, determined, achievement and result oriented personality with high energy level
  • Extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
  • Having no restriction of travel,
  • No military obligation for male candidates,
  • Located in Istanbul Europe side .

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Plan and execute new product launches and key channel marketing activities for b2b customers.
  • Track post performance and contribute to strategy,
  • Conduct yearly promotion planning and production process align with companys’ strategy and report the efficiency of the projects,
  • Follow all distribution process of trade marketing materials&investments,
  • Create action plans and tactics, to ensure that they are implemented in the field and report in order to reach the targets of the category under it’s responsibility,
  • Determine the strategy of sales activities and campaigns. Implement and monitor the results monitor,
  • Being responsible for the dealers Campaign Communication Guideline preparation,
  • Ensure to set up strong relationship across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Production and Purchasing departments as well as external third parties, agencies regarding field sales, needs and marketing initiatives,
  • Manage loyalty programs of the brands and analyze the efficiency of the reward program in detail,
  • Implementing global visual merchandising strategy and ensuring the strategy is in line with the displays and merchandising materials
  • Setting the brand’s visual merchandising standards
  • Working with agencies in developing stands and displays for placement needs of the brand in multiple channels.
  • Developing all POP materials
  • Monitoring costs and working with budget.
  • Preparing orders for new stand requests. Follows the execution for approved projects
