QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

As an industry leading Turkish company, Dardanel Group of Companies is engaged in the production and marketing of canned tuna and other canned fish, frozen seafood, fish flour, canned and frozen fruits and vegetables, frozen pastry, frozen ready-made food products and pet food since 1984 in Turkey, we seek for an "International Trade Marketing Specialist" to be employed in the headquarters of our company located in Sarıyer.

Short job definition related to the position and the qualifications which must be met by successful candidates are as the following:

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

. Bachelor's Degree in related fields,

. Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG Trade Marketing,

. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office,

. Excellent command of English,

. Having ability of analytical thinking and strong communication skills,

. Having no restriction to travel,

. Male candidates must have completed military service,

JOB DEFINITION

. Monitoring the realization of target values such as tonnage and turnover of Export Sales, supporting to creating an action plan to reach the targets,

· . Supporting the determination of monthly and quarterly sales targets within the scope of export sales targets,

· . Following the budgeting processes of the International Sales Department, making budget target-actual situation analyzes,

· . Regularly monitoring the costs of Export Sales products, analyzing the profitability of the Export sales category,

· . Following the stocks of export products, promotion stocks and production plans in the factories,

· . Measuring the efficiency of the customer and the product portfolio produced within the scope of Export Sales and making the necessary export analyzes,

· . Communicating with teams such as Production Planning, Production and R&D and executing the process in order to meet export production standards and customer needs,

· . Analyzing opportunities and potentials by making market and competitor analysis, supporting the processes of making sales plans in communication with teams such as Production Planning, Purchasing, Marketing,

· . Managing the brand's market entry, promotion and development activities in countries,

· . To follow up supplier agreements, purchasing processes and production processes for the follow-up of promotional materials, to follow the production and shipment processes of promotional products.
