QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job description:

The Trade Execution Manager will be reporting to a global role with overall responsibility for trade compliance, strategy, and operations, including import and export activities both internally and externally for Taban Gıda. The Manager will lead Taban Gıda’s trade compliance organization which could consist of in-house and/or external resources. The manager will administrate policies and procedures, and will be responsible for reporting compliance and savings status to internal leadership. This role will have visibility to all ongoing interactions with government agencies related to trade topics and will be the role with primary responsibility for coordinating and approving engagement with third parties (i.e., customs broker, agents, consultants, etc.).

The position will report to the Company Group Trade Execution Manager.

Requirements

As the Trade Execution Manager, you will use your experience and technical knowledge to:

• Follow up international product purchase and sale contracts
• Review the documents of the purchased goods
• Oversee the stock and current account of the shipments and to prepare the relevant reports
• Authorize the regular payments of purchase contracts
• Arrange the documents of the goods sold and following up the collections,

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of bulk cargo trade
• At least 7 years of experience in foreign trade
• Excellent command of English
• No travel restrictions
• Valid driving license with active driving
• Able to use MS Office programs at an advanced level
• Prone to teamwork
• No military obligation for male candidates
