QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

GENEL NİTELİKLER

We are looking for a Training & Administration Specialist who will work in the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) Department SunExpress Antalya, Airport:

· University Graduate degree, preferably from Civil Aviation Management or Information & Document Management.

· Experience in aviation is advantageous.

· Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking.

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications.

· Strong interpersonal & communication skills, team player.

· Ability to handle detailed work and documentation in a precise manner.

· Optimistic thinking capability.

· Open to learning new applications.

· Living in or willing to relocate to Antalya.

· Completed military service for male applicants.

İŞ TANIMI

Training & Administration Specialist will be;

  • Responsible for CAMO related training follow up and necessary coordination
  • Coordinate Internal Training Systems for CAMO Department
  • Perform various administrative works to support CAMO requirements to maintain smooth office functions on daily basis.
  • Coordinate the meetings with other departments and prepare related minutes.
  • Responsible for procurement coordination of office supplies and stationery
  • Responsible for proper calculation and handling of all personnel-related matters
  • Facilitator for procedure/guidance preparation in his/her area of functioning in case of requirement.
