We are looking for a “Training Manager” for one of the multinational business partner.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or other relevant departments,
  • Minimum 8 years of experiences in HR & Training strategy and initiatives,
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, handling of conflicts,
  • In-depth knowledge of labor and work constitution law,
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.



JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supportting the business plan of the company in line with forms the training and development strategy and to enable employees to have the skills and opportunities to maximize their potential to achieve their goals,
  • Motivating the employees in the department to fulfill their responsibilities according to the required standards, ensures that they receive the necessary training, guides and controls them,
  • Developing and monitoring the training budget of the company in order to provide the best training and development quality within the annual budget determined within the company,
  • Providing general management of the quality assurance of training programs. Basic responsibilities for this; program design, observation, feedback acquisition and analysis, providing information to employees and external service providers in the pool of trainers on learning, innovation and new practices,
  • To manage effective processes for the evaluation of all training and development programs provided.
