We are looking for an energetic “Training Specialist” who will be responsible from defining educational/training needs, designing, and delivering curriculum and learning materials and assessing learning results to support employee’s performance in alliance with company goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparing the training and development plans and programs (comprehensive training plans, curriculum, etc)
  • Designing and creating training and development sources (classroom training, webinar, on-the-job training, digital training, e-learning courses etc.),
  • Developing and implementing the methods and resources of the training.
  • Facilitation of technical, operational, and/or specialty training courses and programs;
  • Consultation and collaboration with departments on defining training requirements;
  • Identifying training and development needs and objectives, and designing and developing responsive programs and initiatives;
  • Leading Propline Academy web-page updates, contents and needs.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness & performance of training programs and courses.
  • Collaboration with HR, other business units and/or management for the most effective results and assured improvements.
  • Continually analyzing and evaluating learning processes based on company needs, collecting proposals for improvements and implementing them through Propline Academy.


Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Administrative Sciences, Economics, or relevant Teaching Departments
  • Project Management skills and soft skills.
  • Experience with designing and delivery of various learning methodologies.
  • Advanced level of English (Knowledge of written and spoken English is a “must”)
  • Open to change and development.
  • Working in cooperation and collaboration
  • Experienced in training content design and in-class and online training
  • Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, communication and reporting skills
  • 3+ years of work experience in training management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital training tools.
  • Excellent planning and time management skills.
  • Ability to convey complex information effectively.
  • Fluency and written skills in English is a must.
