We are currently looking for a full-time Training Specialist to join our System and Development Training Team in İstanbul, Ankara, or İzmir offices someone who is keen to learn and develop their skills in digital transformation, Big Data, business intelligence, and Industry 4.0 solutions joining us as part of IAS Business Academy to provide the best training experience to our customers, business partners and colleagues.

What is IBA

IAS Business Academy forms part of IAS and provides caniasERP module trainings to users who currently manage or are planning to manage business processes with canias4.0 solutions, covering areas such as TROIA, IasDB, caniasIQ, E-transformation, and IAS Project Management.


What we expect

  • Bachelor's degree,
  • SQL knowledge,
  • Experience in software development and knowledge of object oriented programming languages,
  • At least three years of experience in trainings activities,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Strong problem solving and communication skills,
  • Strong presentation skills,
  • Being open to learning and development,
  • Following closely technology and innovations,
  • Being a good team player.


Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Organize and deliver assigned caniasERP module training online and offline both in English and Turkish
  • Design & develop customized content if required
  • Translating contents related to training & products, if required
  • Constantly develop knowledge on the assigned modules
  • Able to maintain a positive and cooperative attitude daily and under deadlines
  • Be part of IAS Business Academy team
