QUALIFICATIONS
· University degree in Electrical Engineering,
· 2 years industrial experience on mechanical product and transformer business is an asset,
· Very good command of written & spoken English, French will be an asset
· Advanced user of MS Office applications,
· Effective communication skills,
· Claim, risk and crisis management,
· Strong problem solving and analytical skills,
· Well organized, result oriented, pro-active & a good team player,
· Good relationship and reporting skills,
· No military obligation for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION
· Reporting customer complaints, arranging solution, management complaints with high customer satisfaction, ensuring completion and record,
· Execute and coordinate the erection and commissioning activities on site in order to secure Customer Technical Requirements and SE Quality Policies,
· Coordinate the E&C team of SE and assist customer personnel in the erection and commissioning activities in order to secure SE Quality Policies and on-time completion,
· Going to customer sites to manage sitework,
· Providing transformer training to customers,
· Fully focus of customer satisfaction in all works,
