Thousands of international patients are visiting Clinic Center every year and have their treatments in Istanbul, Budapest, Warsaw and Prague by our internationally certified doctors. Clinic Center has started grow globally with setting up an office in London in 2019 and running on most of the investment in the UK and Europe region.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for ambitious English speaking translators who will be working in the field in patient services department for English speaking patients that are getting their treatments with a Clinic Center in Turkey. The candidate will deal with international patients in all the phases of their treatment process while they are in Istanbul.
Key Responsibilities
- Translating necessary information to patients and doctors if required
- Assisting international patients during their appointments with doctors
- Passing the required information clearly to the patients about their treatment, city and hotel
- Collecting materials from patients such as photos, pictures and videos
- Partnering with Marketing, Sales and Retention teams to find creative solutions
- Providing non-stop ideas and expertise for future content initiatives and potential collaborations
About You
- University graduate
- Have great attention to detail
- Advanced level of English or German
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Advanced negotiation skills
- Good in communication skills
- Good listener and explains clearly with confidence and friendliness
- Able to communicate and convince easily over the phone and online
