QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- University degree in related fields (Translation Studies, Translation and Interpretation etc.),
- At least 3 years of experience in translation and interpretatio,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Turkish,
- Ability to organize and coordinate the translation workflow, to determine deadlines for incoming translation requests,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel and Power Point (CAT Tools knowledge is a plus),
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, multitask, prioritize deadlines, work independently, take initiative and maintain confidentiality,
- Proactive, self-disciplined and open-minded personality, ability and willingness to learn,
- Excellent time management with strong follow-up,
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations,
- Positive and dynamic personality, with advanced organizational skills,
- Strong sense of urgency and efficiency in completing tasks, careful and detail oriented,
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines,
- Enthusiastic to work in a multicultural work environment.
İŞ TANIMI
- Replies translation requests by giving the possible earliest deadline and correctly understands the document to be translated and translates it,
- Does simultaneous or consecutive translation between English and Turkish for presentations, trainings, meetings, etc. as requested,
- Checks the graphic prints to ensure that the writings are grammatically correct and have suitable contents in terms of compliance issues.
