QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Transmission Engineer for our international client operating in telecommunication industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in engineering or bachelor of science fields; preferable electric electronic engineering, electronic and communication engineering, computer engineering
• At least 3+ years of experience on MW transmission devices.
• Knowledge of Huawei transmission systems is a plus. Like RTN series
• Knowledge of NMS is preferred. Like U2000, NCE network management system.
• An ability to produce and present concise reports.
• Ability to provide guidance to customer.
• Ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
• Willing to work long hours when required
• Network operation experience is necessary.
• Strong written, verbal communication skills, inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English.
• Military Service should be completed or postponed at least 2 years for male candidates.
• Capable to work under stress.
• Willing to work at night.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Learn cyber security rules and ITR process, pass the mandatory exams and follow related guidance for network operations.
• Prepare MW network health checks for upgrade operations. Find NE based problems which may cause operation failures and solve them in advance.
• Plan operation schedule with customer engineers.
• Operate RTN Network upgrade process with day time NE package load and night time activate software package.
• Follow up and solve problems after upgrade operations.
• Communicate both internal and external to successfully finish daily operations.
• Analyze upgrade failures and inform customer about required actions to be taken.
