QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Qualifications:
- Minimum advanced level in English and French
- At least 1 year experience logistics or supply chain
- Problem solving and crisis management in critical daily issues
- Microsoft Office programs knowledge
- High customer focus and teamwork spirit
- Analytical and problem solving oriented
- Systematic and regular work discipline, strong ability to follow
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-oriented, capable of taking initiative when necessary
Job Description:
- Planning the order in given time window to prevent any delay on delivery
- Ensuring an efficient and proactive communication with related parties
- Contacting the final customer to request a booking for delivery if needed.
- Following the delivery process
- Communicate with customers in order to solve issues about deliveries
- Defining and contributing to increase operational performance by generating/implementing projects, ideas and solution
- Maintain OTM updated with the latest operational data and costs.
- Supports returns and refusals process from customers to DC
- Building and managing the relationship with Customer's Local Contacts; DC Team and Customer Service Team
