QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
DyDo Drinco Turkey, owner of pioneer beverage brands such as Çamlıca, Cola Turka, İçim and Saka, is looking for an “Transportation Associate” to be in our Akyazı Plant. A brief job description of the position and preferred qualifications for the suitable candidates are defined below:
- Establishing, monitoring, and reporting the logistics budget in line with the company's annual targets
- Managing the budget under optimum conditions in order to ensure compliance with the logistics budget
- Monitoring the measurements related to the performance indicators of logistics operations and making process improvement studies
- Taking an active role in the preparation of logistics supplier contracts, pricing and supplier selection processes
- Measuring supplier performance and identifying development areas and providing process improvement
- Evaluating requests from facilities and service providers regarding logistics operations, carrying out necessary studies, analyzing changing applications in all facilities and ensuring that they are put into operation in a similar way.
- Providing / ensuring that the necessary tools are provided in a timely manner for the safe and trouble-free provision of Logistics Transport Services,
- Managing product returns and pallet operations throughout Turkey,
- Managing the logistics processes of empty – full carboy operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related departments of universities
- Min. 3 years of experience in the transportation departments of the logistics departments (Preferably in the FMCG sector)
- Good command negotiation skills,
- Preferably able to use SAP,
- Good command of MS Office programs
- Have good command of English,
- Likes to be in the operation and on the field, dynamic, high follow-up ability,
- Lives/can live in Sakarya
- Completed military service (for male candidates)
