QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a "Treasury and Financial Risk Management Specialist" with the following qualifications to be assigned in our head office in Ankara.
Technical Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics or Industrial Engineering,
- Having a Master's Degree in Finance is preferred,
- Having 3-5 years of experience in Risk Management, Treasury, Internal Control, Asset-Liability Management or similar units in the real sector, banks or intermediary institutions,
- Knowledge of financial mathematics, market risk, interest rate risk, liquidity risk and financial instruments and derivatives,
- Preferably having SPK Level 3, Derivative Instruments certificates or one of the CFA, FRM licenses,
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
- Preferably knowledge of programming languages such as VBA or Python,
- Preferably knowledge of using Bloomberg or Reuters,
- Good level of written and spoken English.

- Confident and poised in interactions with individuals at all levels,
- Result oriented,
- Open to development.
Job Description:
- Following developments in financial markets, preparing management reports on global and local economic indicators and developments,
- Monitoring the cash flow of companies under the umbrella of the Holding and analyzing company activities, determining FX, interest rate and commodity risk factors, designing hedge policies,
- Establishing hedging strategies on the axis of risk/cost in accordance with the approved hedge policies of the companies,
- Ensuring communication with banks and other financial institutions, performing treasury transactions, recording transactions,
- Coordinating the operational processes of the implemented hedge strategies,
- Follow-up of treasury transactions, creation of legal and internal reports,
- Conducting efficiency tests of completed hedge operations.
