YOUR PROFİLE
- Graduation from Engineering faculties (preferably industrial engineering)
- At least 6 years of experience in the planning department,
- Preferably with work experience in the logistics and distribution sectors
- At least 3 years of experience in team management
- Good command of MS Office applications (especially excel knowledge),
- Strong analytical and interpretation skills.
- Good team player with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English ( both written & verbal)

- Short term, long term capacity planning; Sorting Centers
- Headcount planning; Sorting Centers
- Feasibility studies to determine new Sorting Centers location
- Performance analysis and process improvement
- Middle mile process optimization
- Improve planning and reporting tools
- Management and development of Planning Team
- Budget management; Sorting Centers
- IT equipment and transportation materials planning
